Business internet at a new address can take anywhere from a few days to several months, depending on whether a carrier already has fiber in the building. The most common move-day problem isn’t the furniture or the IT gear. It’s a circuit that was ordered too late. Starting the connectivity plan when you are still comparing spaces gives you time to choose the best option, and can even help you choose the building.

Before you sign the lease

We check which carriers serve each building on your shortlist, so connectivity is part of the decision.

After you sign

We order service early, track installation and arrange a temporary connection if the main circuit runs late.

Moving day

Phones, numbers and alarm lines move with you, with backup in place from the first day.

Frequently asked questions

How far ahead should I order internet for a new office?

Start as soon as you have an address, and ideally while you are still comparing buildings. If a carrier is already in the building, service may take a few weeks. If fiber has to be built, it can take several months.

What if the internet isn’t ready by move-in day?

A temporary LTE/5G or fixed wireless connection can cover the gap, and can stay on afterward as your backup.

Can I keep my phone numbers when I move?

Usually, yes. Business numbers can be ported to a new provider or moved with VoIP service. We schedule porting to match the move.

Should I check internet before signing a lease?

Yes. Two similar buildings can have very different internet options and prices. Checking first can save months of delay or a costly construction charge.

Is it really free?

Yes. The provider you select compensates us, so our comparison and sourcing cost you nothing.

Planning a move?

Send us the new address or your building shortlist and move date. We’ll check every carrier and build the plan.
