An International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC) is a dedicated point-to-point connection between two sites in different countries. Your bandwidth is reserved end to end and never touches the public internet, which is why banks, trading firms and companies with overseas headquarters use it. No single carrier usually owns the whole path: a typical IPLC combines local access at each end with an international leg over subsea cable, delivered as one circuit.

IPLC

Dedicated, fixed-bandwidth circuit between two countries with predictable latency and an end-to-end SLA.

International Ethernet

Point-to-point or multipoint Ethernet across borders, often from the same carriers.

Global MPLS and SD-WAN

For connecting many international sites rather than two.

How we help

Send us the A-end and Z-end addresses and the bandwidth you need. We take the route to carriers with international networks, confirm the in-country partner on the far end, and bring back comparable quotes.

Options we compare

We’re vendor-neutral. Depending on the route, options can include:

Frequently asked questions

What is an IPLC?

An IPLC (International Private Leased Circuit) is a dedicated point-to-point circuit between two sites in different countries, with reserved bandwidth that never crosses the public internet.

How is an IPLC different from internet with a VPN?

A VPN sends encrypted traffic over the public internet, where performance between countries can vary. An IPLC is a reserved circuit with consistent latency and an SLA from the carrier.

Why are international private lines expensive?

The price covers capacity on subsea cable systems and local access at both ends, often from different carriers. Routes into countries that require a licensed local carrier tend to cost more.

How long does an IPLC take to install?

International circuits usually take longer than domestic ones because more than one carrier is involved. We confirm a realistic timeline with each carrier at quote time.

Is it really free?

Yes. The provider you select compensates us, so our sourcing costs you nothing.

Have a route in mind?

Send us both addresses and the bandwidth you need. We’ll find the carriers that can build it and compare the quotes.
