Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)

Fiber Broadband

High-speed, often symmetrical, but shared and best-effort. A strong, cost-effective fit for most offices that don't need an SLA.

Cable / Coax

Widely available and affordable, with fast download but lower upload. Good for smaller offices or as a backup link.

Fixed Wireless

Signal beamed from a tower to your building. Fast to deploy where fiber isn't available; great for hard-to-serve sites and failover.

5G / Cellular

Increasingly viable for primary service at small sites and excellent as a backup/failover path that's independent of wired infrastructure.

DSL

Legacy copper broadband \xE2\x80\x94 slow by modern standards, mostly a last resort where nothing else reaches.

How to choose: match service type to how critical uptime is and how much you upload. Lead with fiber/DIA for critical, cloud-heavy work; use cable, fixed wireless, or 5G where they fit or as backup.
